The Lifestyle Planning Consultancy FZ-LLC (“T-LPC”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is committed to handling complaints fairly, professionally, and efficiently.
This Complaints Policy explains how users may raise concerns regarding our Services and how such complaints are managed.

T-LPC is a non-regulated entity and complaints are handled internally as part of our customer service and operational procedures.

- investigate and respond within 14 to 30 business days, depending on the complexity of the matter.
Where additional time is required, we will notify you accordingly.
4. Resolution
We will review all complaints fairly and in good faith.
Where appropriate, we may:
- provide clarification or explanation;
- correct errors;
- improve internal processes; or
- take other reasonable remedial action.
Submission of a complaint does not guarantee a specific outcome or compensation.
5. Limitation
T-LPC provides commercial information services only and does not provide regulated financial services or financial advice.
Users remain responsible for conducting their own independent due diligence before making business, commercial, or financial decisions.
6. Governing Law
This Complaints Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah, where applicable.
